Directions for use:

Adjust the sanitary towel according to your flow. They are machine washable at 30 degrees, with a first cold wash recommended.

For stubborn stains, wet the towel and rub a stain-removing soap directly onto the affected area. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse or machine wash.
