Directions for use:

• Insertion:
  • Fold the cup into a C
  • Insert it at the entrance of the vagina, you can keep it between 6 and 8 hours (day and night)
• Removal: Pinch the tip of the cup, gently pull it out and empty it
• Interview:
  • After each removal: rinse it with clean water
  • After each cycle: sterilize the cup for 7 minutes in boiling water
