Bamboo Matcha Spoon - MOYA
This traditional Japanese whisk, carved from a single piece of natural bamboo, is the essential tool for preparing perfectly creamy matcha. Designed to create a light and even foam, it allows for optimal diffusion of the powder into the hot water, without lumps.
Directions for use:

Before first use, soak the branches in warm water for a few minutes to soften them

In a bowl, pour 1.5 g of matcha (1–2 spoons) with approximately 70–80 ml of water at 75–80 °C.

Whisk vigorously in a zigzag M or W shape until a creamy foam forms.

After use, rinse the whisk without soap, shake off the excess water and then place it upside down.
