Removable dry hot water bottle, XL model
Relax and soothe your muscle pain with this dry hot water bottle, filled with rice grains.
Directions for use:
- To soothe with heat:
- Remove the cover from the hot water bottle
- Place the cushion in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Enjoy 30 to 40 minutes of warmth
- If you don't have a microwave: place the hot water bottle on a non-electric radiator for 30 minutes or directly in your oven for 10 minutes at 80°C.
- To soothe with cold: simply place your hot water bottle in the freezer.
Care instructions:
- Machine wash the cover at 30°
- Do not use a tumble dryer.
