Bamboo Matcha Spoon - MOYA

Traditional 18cm Japanese spatula, allowing you to precisely measure a portion of matcha powder, while adding an authentic touch to your ritual.

Directions for use:

1. Take 1 to 2 spatulas (≈1.5 g of matcha) depending on the desired intensity.

2. Place directly into your bowl or pass it through a sieve.

3. Top up with about 75–100 ml of 80°C water, then whisk with a chasen to obtain a light foam.

4. Simply rinse it with water after use, and let it dry naturally, leaving no moisture.
